Delete your data

Delete everything in the app

1. Open Bumpling.
2. On the Today screen, tap the profile icon at the top right to open Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete all data.
4. Confirm. All data is removed from your phone immediately.

Uninstalling the app also deletes all of its data from your phone. To delete one child's data only, open Settings, tap the child, then Remove this profile.

What is deleted

• Child profiles (names, due dates, birth dates)
• Milestones, activities, checklists and appointment questions
• Feeding, sleep and diaper logs, growth measurements, temperature readings and the vaccine record
• Planner reminders and their notifications
• Moment cards, notes and the photos you added
• Settings

Backup files you exported yourself (for example to a cloud drive or email) are not touched by the app. Delete those where you saved them.

Subscription records

If you subscribed to Bumpling Pro, your purchase is processed by Google Play and managed by our subscription provider, RevenueCat. They keep a record of the purchase (for example, which plan and when) linked to a random identifier, not to your name or email. Deleting the app's data does not delete this record or cancel your subscription.

• To cancel: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Bumpling.
• To ask us to delete the purchase record: email support@socketscience.doctor with the subject "Bumpling data deletion" and the order number from your Google Play receipt. We delete the record within 30 days. Google keeps its own transaction records as required by law; see Google's privacy policy.
