Request Account Deletion
DentistUP lets you request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete directly in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from within DentistUP.
- Open DentistUP on your device.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and select the account deletion option.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Request by email
If you cannot access the app, you can submit a deletion request by email. Send your request from the email address associated with your DentistUP account.
Identity verification may be required before a request can be processed. We will contact you at the email address you use to submit the request.
What is deleted
Once your request is verified and processed, the following data associated with your account will be permanently deleted:
- Your DentistUP account and login credentials
- Name, nickname, and profile information
- Email address or authentication-linked account data
- Study progress and performance history
- Review Pool data
- Achievements and reward history
- Purchased AI answer records associated with the account
- Credit balance and other account-linked app data
What may be retained
Some information may be retained after account deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Anonymized or aggregated analytics and diagnostic information that can no longer reasonably identify you
- Transaction and purchase records that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, accounting, or app-store compliance purposes
- Security and abuse-prevention records where legally required
Records retained for legal or compliance purposes are kept only for the period required by applicable law, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
Retention period and processing time
Account and user-generated data are deleted after your request is verified and processed. Requests are normally processed within 30 days.
Legally required transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained for the period required by applicable law, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
App Store and Google Play purchases
Deleting your DentistUP account does not automatically cancel any active App Store or Google Play purchases. If you have active purchases or subscriptions, you must manage them separately through Apple App Store or Google Play settings on your device.
