Can dental students use DentistUP?+
Yes. During setup, choose Dental School as your target. DentistUP then aligns your study plan with your courses and faculty exams instead of a licensing exam. The app is for users aged 18 and older because it contains clinical images.
Does DentistUP cover the basic sciences?+
Yes. Alongside the clinical branches, DentistUP has illustrated lessons and questions for head and neck anatomy, tooth anatomy, histology and embryology, biochemistry, physiology, microbiology and immunology, general pathology, dental materials and pharmacology.
How should I use DentistUP alongside my lectures?+
Read the topic lesson after the lecture on the same subject, then take the first 10-question test. Anything you miss or feel unsure about goes into the Review Pool, which is free, so you can revisit it before your faculty exam.
Will DentistUP help with the INBDE later?+
The INBDE is usually taken during or near the end of dental school in the United States. The branches you study for courses are the same ones the INBDE integrates, and you can switch your target exam in Settings when you are ready.
